06Who we are not for

Turning down work is part of the method.

A do-not-implement verdict only counts from a firm that already turns things down. These are ours, written before you write to us.

01

Single-person applications

The Cohort admits two per organization: the person who sponsors the decision and the person who runs the process. One alone does not get in, even if the seat stays empty and the edition runs short.

02

Mandates without a named owner

Every engagement needs one person accountable for the result, with authority to change the process that produces it. Without that name, we do not start.

03

Building on a position nobody measured

Whoever arrives with the vendor already chosen, looking for hands to install it, has come to the wrong place. The diagnosis is the entry point to any work with the firm.

04

Precision the evidence cannot hold

A level stated in an interview stays marked as stated. Nobody raises a letter so the report reads better in front of a board.

05

The full maturity ladder

We state the level the decision demands and count stopping there as success. If your operation works at L2, we will not sell you the road to L4.

06

The project that follows the report

When value is low, risk disproportionate or evidence insufficient, the verdict is do not implement. That report is delivered anyway and the mandate closes there.

Who we work well with.

If the second list describes you, write to us. The first conversation costs nothing and is usually enough to know whether the work makes sense.
